Reflect and Reset Free Ebook 2022

I love this time of the year. It causes me to slow down a bit, be more contemplative and, honestly, it is the only time I want to bake all the things.

Besides wanting to bake and eat all of the yummy pumpkin things, I want to invite you on a journey with me as we near the end of 2021 (WUT). I think it's important to have a type of ritual around the ending of one year and the beginning of another year. Similar to what we, at Sunshine City Counseling, did last year we will be doing the same thing, again, this year — Reflect and Reset.

We are giving away a free ebook called Reflect and Reset, Pressing into the Silence. It's simply a little ebook that is adapted from the Sacred Ordinary Days planner that I have been using over the last year. I found it to be immensely helpful in helping me organize my thoughts, write out my values, my priorities, what rhythms I want to continue into the new year…simply put, how do I want to order my life to take full advantage of it?

I’d love for you to join me over the next several weeks as we take some time, individually and collectively, to pause, reflect and reset for all that is to come in 2022.

Right now, you can grab the free ebook here. While there is no set time frame to reflect on the past year and reset for the one to come, we find that this time of the year is most helpful to do that as it lines up with the calendar year and the liturgical calendar. Wherever you are in your own unique journey, I hope you’ll consider reflecting and resetting in some way, shape or form. This ebook is meant to serve as a guide and, in some ways, a launching pad into deeper and bigger questions for you to engage within your community.

Lets find some space to create and reflect so that we can reset and fully show up as who we were created to be and all that that means in 2022.
