-
Great question! We are a private pay practice and considered “out of network.” We’re happy to give you a superbill so you can get reimbursed, which all depends on your "out of network benefits." All of our therapists are specializes in their own unique areas and range from $120-$165 a session.
-
Studies have shown that 90% of the change that you’ll experience is due to the relationship you build with your counselor. SO, we do a free first session with everyone to make sure you dig us and we dig you and, most importantly, that we will be helpful.

For most concerns — anxiety, depression, codependency, perfectionism, life transitions, matrescence — the research is clear: online therapy is comparably effective. What determines outcomes is the therapist-client relationship and your willingness to do the work, not the physical setting. Many of our clients actively prefer online because it removes barriers (commute, childcare, energy) that used to keep them from showing up consistently.
-
Yes. We use HIPAA-compliant, encrypted video platforms designed specifically for healthcare. Your session content is protected, your data is secure, and no one outside your session has access. We follow the same confidentiality standards for online sessions as we do for in-person.
-
Just three things: a device with a camera and microphone (phone, tablet, or computer), a stable internet connection, and a private space where you won't be overheard. We'll send you a secure video link before each session — no app to download for most clients. If you're not tech-savvy, we'll walk you through it.
-
Yes. We're licensed to see clients anywhere in the state of Florida — from Tampa Bay to Miami to Jacksonville to the Panhandle. You do need to be physically located in Florida during your session (licensure requirement), so if you're traveling out of state, we'll need to reschedule.
-
Yes. Many of our Tampa Bay-area clients do a mix — in-person when their schedule allows, online when it doesn't. You'll work with the same therapist regardless of format, and there's no rate difference between the two.
-
You need somewhere you won't be overheard or interrupted — but that doesn't have to be a home office. Many clients do sessions from their car in a parking lot, a private corner of their yard, or a room with a locked door and a sound machine outside. The setting matters less than the fact that you feel safe to speak freely.
