Okay. You know something is out of whack. Something isn’t right. As they say, the first step is acknowledging and identifying that there is a problem. There has to be a better way…a different way.

Click the “schedule your free session” and book your free 30min session directly through our online booking platform, Theranest.

Step 3

Once your day and time is all set and sorted, you’ll come in to our office (or online) and get to know your counselor/coach. Together, you’ll figure out a good way forward and what makes sense in terms of frequency and what it is that is going to make the most sense for your healing journey.

Step 4

Keep showing up. If you want to stop repeating the same patterns and behaviors that have brought you to this point, just keep showing up. Keep being curious. The process will happen.
